Terms of service.
The safety and operation of the studio relies on the etiquette and respect of its users. In order to maintain the studio operating at its full potential, it is required that all users agree and comply to the following policies when visiting the studio. Please note that if a user does not comply with the following, fees may be incurred, or access may be suspended or revoked, subject to the owner’s decision if not specifically stated in the below policies.
Booking Policy
Please allow 2 hours advance notice when making a reservation. If you want to cancel a reservation, please allow 2 hours advance notice.
All users must vacate the studio by the end of their booked timeslot. If you remain in the space 10 minutes past your reservation end time, you will be charged for the additional hour as per your current purchase extends. Meaning, if you have an active 5-hour package or membership, you will be deducted an additional hour from your package or membership. If you have neither a package or membership, you will be charged at the hourly rate of $30.
Refund/No Show Policy
If you do not show up to your reservation, there are no no-show fees at the moment, but you will not receive a refund. Please plan your visit accordingly so you can get the most out of the studio.
Liability Policy
All users must agree to a liability waiver before reserving studio time. This includes but is not limited to injury, damage to personal property, or any other potential risk.
Code of Conduct Policy
All users of the studio must not deface or damage the property in any manner. Any alterations made to the studio must be cleared beforehand. All users must leave the studio in the condition that it was entered in. All users must clean any studio provided equipment (poles, yoga mats) that was used during your reservation prior to leaving the studio. Spray bottles and towels are provided. Please dispose of any used towels in the laundry bin prior to leaving the studio. If users bring miscellaneous items to supplement studio use, they must be taken home with them. Miscellaneous items are inclusive of but not limited to general fitness equipment such as bands, yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, etc. No additional apparatuses are allowed unless cleared beforehand.
All users will be held responsible for the studio key in their time of reservation. It is recommended that you return it to the lockbox immediately after you open the suite or keep it in safekeeping separate from your personal belongings. All users must leave their reservation with the studio locked and the key in the lockbox closed shut. If you lose or misplace the key, there will be a fee incurred of $15 charged to the card on file.
All users must respect and be mindful of their use of the spaces outside of the studio suite. Bathrooms are shared with other tenants, so please act accordingly. Additionally, please be mindful of the volume during your reservation time. The walls and floors are not noise cancelling, and other businesses are operating throughout all hours of the day.
If you bring a pet to the premises, you must have it on leash at all times outside of the studio suite. You must clean up after your pet both inside and outside of the studio suite. You will be held responsible for anything you or your pet breaks or damages. If there are complaints, your pet privileges will be suspended or revoked.
Security Policy
All users must have a reservation and have received a lockbox code prior to each occurrence of using the studio. Anyone that does not make a reservation or have received a lockbox code shall not enter the premises or the studio. Security cameras are installed in the studio to ensure all users are actively compliant of this policy. Security cameras present will only be relied on for purposes of surveillance not limited to the use of preventing theft, property damage, monitoring tardy vacancies etc. All users must not in any way tamper with the operation of these cameras. If there is any prevention or hinderance to a camera’s ability to function caused by a user, that user will not be allowed back to the studio.
All users must maintain the security of the studio and the premises to the best of their ability. All users must ensure the suite door is locked after you leave. The building doors lock at 5pm until 7am, so if you are using the studio after 5pm, you must enter the premises as directed and you must ensure the doors close fully behind you.
Packages/Memberships and Expiration Policy
All hourly packages purchased have an expiration of 60-90 days from the date of purchase depending on the package. All memberships have a set number of hours available to use in each billing period - unused hours will not rollover to the next month. There will be no refunds or credits for expired unused hours for either the hourly packages or memberships. Please purchase and plan your time accordingly.
Lost and Found Policy
The effort of locating and maintaining personal belongings will be given to the best of ability, but ultimately, the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please bring everything you came with.
